Using Chrome

  1. Click on “WHEN” tab at the top of the intensivehealing.work site screen
  2. Click on “Specialized Interactive Intensive Healing” selection in the blue scheduling rectangle
  3. Click on the white rectangle drop down menu to select the time zone for your home location
  4. Then click on the yellow button to set your time zone
  5. A calendar will appear. Click on the date you would like to attend
  6. Selecting date will drop down the time available. Click on continue tab to choose time and set up your account
  7. Enter your name and email address (phone number optional)
  8. Read the terms and conditions and check the box labeled “I have read and agree to the terms above”
  9. Fill out the Issue Form For Session
  10. Click yellow button labeled “Pay Now”
  11. After a few seconds, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you have an existing PayPal account you would like to use, you can sign in and pay using that account.  If you would like to pay by debit or credit card, scroll down and click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. On the next page enter your card information, your billing address, and your contact information.  Then scroll down to the bottom and click on the blue “Continue” button to complete your payment
  12. You will be taken back to the intensivehealing site and see a green check mark. Please Register for an account (white button on the right) to save your information. This will allow you to log in to see/cancel/reschedule any appointments, for quicker process next time and to record required forms.
  13. On this page, you can also schedule additional appointments and automatically add the appointment you just made to your own computer’s calendar.
  14. You will receive your unique meeting ID in your email. PLEASE KEEP THIS EMAIL. .

YOU MUST INSTALL ZOOM TO ATTEND THIS APPOINTMENT. (You will only have to install it the first time you use Zoom on your device.)

  1. Look at your email and find the confirmation for IntensiveHealing.work. Click on the URL next to “WHERE” in your email. Your computer will spend a few seconds looking for the zoom software on your computer.
  2. If you do not have zoom, another screen will then pop up. Click on the blue link “download & run ZOOM,” a save box will appear. Save the file somewhere you will know how to find it, like on your desktop. Go to your desktop by minimizing other open windows on your screen and double click on the “Zoom.pkg” You will be asked to “continue.” Please hit the ‘continue button.” A new window will open. You have installed zoom.  You can now wait until the actual session day.
  3. When the day has arrived on which your group intensive healing session is scheduled to start, open zoom by going to “Apps” in your dock and clicking on the “zoom.us.app”.  
  4. Zoom will open, and you will see 4 large buttons.  Click on the big button labeled “Join”.  You will be prompted to enter a Meeting ID number and a name.  Enter the Meeting ID number from your confirmation email  and whatever name you would like others in the group to see.  Then click join.
  5. You must also click “Join with Audio.” You will now be in the zoom chat room for the group intensive healing session. If you would like other people to be able to see you, you will need to turn on your video.  Do this by going to the bottom of the zoom screen and clicking on the camera icon. (You cannot turn on the video until the hosts arrive.)
